Healthy Recipes

We have started 2021! To start fresh, we have come up with a few healthy recipes to build up your resistance again. This way, you can still get your daily dose of veggies and protein during the lockdown and quarantine. All of these recipes are high in protein and contain lots of healthy nutrients. Bye-bye to fatty foods from Christmas and New Year’s Eve!

Banana pancakes – 1 serving

What do you need?

  • 1 banana
  • 20 grams of oatmeal
  • Protein powder to taste
  • 1 cup Vegetable milk

Mix everything and bake on medium heat. Top your pancake with whatever you like! Blueberries and honey are a must!

Chia Pudding – breakfast
What do you need?

  • two tablespoons of chia seeds
  • vegetable milk of your choice (almond milk is recommended)
  • optional: protein powder
  • topping of your choice (granola, banana, blueberries or other fruit)

Put the chia seeds and milk in a bowl the day before and let rest overnight. Then add your favorite topping.

Vegetable wraps – for 1 wrap

What do you need?

  • Knorr vegetable wrap with extra veggies
  • 100 grams cottage cheese
  • 3 slices of chicken breast or smoked salmon
  • Lettuce – tomato-cucumber

Not everyone likes TikTok, but this lifehack is one everyone should know! Then cut the wrap halfway. Spread the ingredients on the wrap in quarters.  Now fold wrap so that you always grab a quarter of the wrap. Enjoy!

Zucchini pizzas – side dish or lunch

What do you need?

  • 1 zucchini
  • Tomato sauce
  • Vegetables for topping of your choice

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour a dash of olive oil into an oven dish. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into three pieces so you get 3 long slices, which you can then cut into 3 pieces again. Next, pour the tomato sauce over the zucchini and fill it to your liking. Chicken breast with olives or mushrooms is nice, but another option is raw ham with mozzarella. Season with a little pepper and salt and put the baking dish in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
