Baking tips
• Make sure you read the recipe before you start. By reading ahead, you know the how, why, where, and when of what you are going to do.
• Prepare all ingredients before starting. You can do this by grabbing all your ingredients and measuring them according to the recipe.
• Be sure to use room temperature ingredients when this is mentioned in the recipe, the ingredients at room temperature emulsify much more easily into the batter, creating an even texture throughout your baked goods.
• Are you going to make cupcakes? Use an ice cream scoop shovel to fill the molds: that saves mess, and you get nicely equal portions!
