Option 1: Innopay

Technology- and data-driven companies, such as scaling Fintech, established Bigtech and the more innovative incumbents, are continuously challenging the existing client relationships with innovative customer-centric value propositions and business models. Option 2: Smurfit Kappa

Smurfit Kappa Group is an FTSE 100 company and one of the world’s leading providers of paper-based packaging. The company operates over 350 facilities across 33 countries in Europe and the Americas. As a paper and corrugated manufacturer, Smurfit Kappa is able to serve almost every industry with innovative and sustainable products such as displays, e-commerce packaging, bag-in-box, cases and protective materials. Recently in June 2019, Smurfit Kappa was recognized at Deliver, the biggest e-commerce logistics event in Europe.

Smurfit Kappa takes high responsibility when it comes to sustainable business and strives to become a fully circular company in the future. On a daily basis, the company focuses on five strategic values which are embedded in their integrated supply chain: forest, climate change, water, waste, and people. Almost all of the raw materials are sourced from own paper mills, so consistency is always a key attribute to the products. Because those products are 100% renewable and produced sustainably, Smurfit Kappa supports its customers to their environmental footprint.

Smurfit Kappa Benelux represents 30 facilities, with approximately 3.000 employees. The markets served from food and flowers to the automotive and chemical industries. Every year 4 - 8 trainees start the Benelux traineeships between May and December (applying is possible between March and September). In two years they are challenged in 3 - 4 assignments across multiple disciplines across several facilities. Personal development is highly valued within the company and hence an important part of the traineeship program.
