Option 1: APG

Just imagine… Your work affects the future of 4.5 million people. APG is strong in providing a collective and solidary pension. 

Financial services provider APG Group provides services such as executive consultancy, asset management, pension administration, pension communication and employer services. APG performs these activities on behalf of (pension) funds and employers in the sectors of education, government, construction, cleaning and glass cleaning, housing associations, energy and utility companies, sheltered employment, medical specialists and practices of architects. APG manages € 482 billion (July 2018) in pension assets for its clients in these sectors. APG works for over 25,000 employers, providing the pension for one in five families in the Netherlands.

Innovation is the means to remain in the vanguard in the rapidly changing world of pensions and pension asset management. That is amongst others the reason why we are looking for young professionals to provide new perspectives via our two-year traineeships.

Within the two-year program, you can choose from different tracks

Option 2: ConQuaestor Finance Professionals

Our vision: to train the best Finance professionals of the future.

They are the kind of people that challenges. That does not accept a solution but passes with the solution. They want to develop themselves. They want to take the customer further and they want to provide the profession with new impulses. They want to leave something behind that can be built on. And they want to anticipate what is coming.

The ConQuaestor Traineeship

During the traineeship, you carry out approximately three different projects/assignments. This way you can better determine at the end of the traineeship which direction you want to go, for example, business control, business analytics or project control. Together with the training program, you lay the foundation for becoming a good Financial. Of course, we also organize beside work social drinks, dinner and activities.

Option 3: Spring Real Estate

Spring Real Estate was founded in 2011 and has grown into a national real estate organization that operates locally. We are specialized in advising tenants and investors of commercial real estate. Everyone within the company works closely together on a daily basis, from partner to intern, to fulfil the same goal: providing our clients with data-driven real estate solutions. We have agency, capital markets, valuations and asset services. Moreover, we have a strategic partnership with Beleggingspanden.nl, the largest online buying and selling platform for property investments in the Netherlands. Our offices are located in Amsterdam, The Hague and Arnhem. We are a young and fast-growing organisation distinguishing ourselves in the real estate market by focussing on collecting data from day one. We were the first real estate consultant to work with an in-house sales team. Data from sales through telephone conversations were stored centrally and that system has evolved into the heart of our organization: the SpringBase. We are currently developing products through Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to make the market even more transparent for clients. Working at Spring: We are challenging the established order with a data-driven service and have the greatest plans to further expand our organization in the future. That is why we are constantly looking for talent to strengthen our teams. We offer ambitious students the opportunity to gain relevant work experience in addition to their studies.
