Option 2: Octas
Octas is a specialized secondment agency in the banking sector working for major banks such as ING, ABN Amro and Rabobank. We prefer supplier at various banks, so we can offer high quality at a fast past.
Octas was founded 14 years ago by the current directors Jan and Norbert. We currently employ around 160 professionals and 24 people are working internally at our head office in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost. We have 4 different business units. The first is Business Finance that deals with professionals being, for instance, an account manager. The second unit is Service & Advice that deals with functions concerning customer contact within the banks. The third unit is Mortgages, where mortgage acceptors or advisors are employed. And the last unit is Compliance, Risk and Governance, which focuses specifically on Know Your Customer functions and CDD analysts.
Each business unit has an account manager, a field manager and two recruiters. All these functions contribute to the success of Octas, but the field manager is a crucial person and professionals can contact them as much as they need in order to perform in an optimal way. We aim for very high quality together with personal contact and we want to make both professionals and clients as comfortable as possible.
With octas, a strong connection with the professional is our highest aim, and we believe it is important that we know you personally and know where we can bring you to. The field manager can help you get your goals cleared up and gives you the opportunity to achieve them. Octas always intends to enter into a long-term working relationship with professionals and cliënts. We are specialised and operating as a niche player and we know the banks and there functions. We organize both seminars and fun events throughout the year. Here, we allow professionals to meet each other in a professional environment as well as a fun environment.
