Proper Human Resource Management is getting more important than ever. Although many organizations still adhere to the traditional HR-approaches, more and more innovative methods are used nowadays to keep not only employee motivation high, but also their job satisfaction and happiness. During this Albert Heijn will make students familiar with current developments in HRM and challenges them by providing a business case.

The number of spots for the cases are limited to 25 people, these spots will be filled on ‘first come first served’ basis. Please indicate your company preference during application and we will notify you in advance if you have been selected or not.
