As mentioned before this year’s EST will be somewhat different to previous years. However, don’t be afraid as we will make sure to provide you with a week full of amazing activities. These are our plans for the different scenarios.
In the current scenario, we will create an exciting week of visiting companies and having fun with each other. The event will take place in two cities located in the Netherlands. There will be a schedule filled with company visits and recreational activities from Monday to Friday, including overnight stays in the two cities.
In the event of ongoing strict measures during the week of the trip, we will move to our second scenario, in which the trip would be centered around Amsterdam. The trip would be a day shorter and there wouldn’t be an overnight stay. If this scenario comes into play do not worry, as we will make sure that it will still be a week of exciting companies and numerous fun social activities, creating an EST that will never leave your memories.
As for practicalities, you will be applying for both scenarios so be sure that you are in for both options. The initial price will be determined by our ‘two cities plan’. In the possible event of this plan being replaced by the second scenario, you will receive a partial refund to compensate the difference in prices.
We are doing our best to find good alternatives during these circumstances, but we are confident that together we can make it a week to remember!
