Hellotest – E-Assessment Workshop
In this 2 hour workshop you will learn about the different assessment topics, take and review multiple short assessments and learn the best tips and tricks to tackle tests in the future.
What is an assessment?
An assessment consists of cognitive ability tests that determine your suitability for a certain role. This has to do with the norm group with which your results are compared. Assessments have a number of specific characteristics. These are explained further on this page. More information about assessments can be found on the website of our partner Hellotest.
When do I need to make an assessment?
Almost everyone who is going to apply for a job has to take a capacity test or an e-assessment. At almost all internships, business courses, starter places and traineeships, the ability test is part of the selection procedure. Approximately 50% of the unprepared candidates drop out.
What does the workshop look like?
After taking this workshop you will:
- Know about the different assessment topics.
- Know how to optimally prepare for your assessment.
- A great practical experience with the most common assessment topics.
The workshop will cover the following:
- General introduction to assessments.
- Verbal reasoning.
- Numerical reasoning.
- Logical reasoning.
Every subject is introduced with a theoretical part, we test your capabilities with a practice test.
