We will learn how mindfulness came to the West and how mindfulness is beyond religion and culture. Besides, we will look at how you can relax more and what you can do to balance your energy and stress less. Come with an open mind and you might be surprised at the inner peace you can find. During this session we will discuss topics, meditate, share and do some exercises. You don’t need prior meditation experience, and feel free to wear comfortable clothes.
