Hi, my name is Hannah and I am the Marketing Officer and Vice Chairman of the 74th board of Aureus. As Marketing Officer, I am responsible for all promotional activities and the marketing of the Aureus brand. As Vice Chairman, I support the Chairman in the coordination of the board and the strategic decision making.
I came in contact with Aureus three years ago during the Introduction week when I started my bachelor International Business Administration and after this I decided to join a committee! I became the secretary of the Introduction Committee. Sadly enough almost the whole week had to take place online due to COVID-19. During my second study year I joined the Marketing Team. During that year I supported the Aureus committees and the Marketing Officer with all promotion. This committee is one of the reasons why I decided to apply for Marketing Officer. In my third year I wanted to catch up on all the missed social activities because of COVID-19, so I decided to apply for a social committee. I was placed in the Bachelorclub IBA as controller. The first half of this year most events still had to take place online, but from February onwards we could finally organize activities again. The highlight of this year was the Bachelortrip, where we went to Brussel! During this year I also started thinking about what I wanted to do after my bachelor. I knew that I did not want to start a Master yet, so I thought about doing an internship, but I soon realized that a board year would be the perfect fit for me!
