Hello! My name is Alyssa van Ams, I’m 25 years old and currently studying Economics and Business at the VU. I plan to graduate soon and pursue a master’s degree in Finance next year.

Becoming part of ABW as Marketing Officer has given me the chance to be more involved with my fellow students and to connect with inspiring companies and professionals. It has also allowed me to challenge myself creatively, improve my communication skills, and contribute to making ABW more visible and engaging to our community.

Outside of my studies and ABW, I enjoy spending my time in a mix of fun and active ways. I love cooking and baking, experimenting with new recipes, and staying fit by going to the gym three to four times a week. And of course, I also enjoy the guilty pleasure of shopping, sometimes without even checking my bank account first!
