We’re already half way through this year and it is time to show our parents what our days as a student at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam look like! Therefore we would like to invite the parents of all bachelor students on March 16th to the parents day.
On March 16th at 12:30 we would like to welcome you and your parents to the VU. The parents day gives the attendees the opportunity to experience a day in the life of a student.
The program is as follows:
The day will start at 12:30 with a fully arranged lunch and you will get the opportunity to get your first impressions of the university. After the lunch there will be a lecture given by drs. De Vries and the lecture will be about marketing. Thereafter there will be an interactive game, called Fab 44. This game contains 44 different small challenges which will show you different places on campus. To end the day, there will be drinks and snacks served in the Kerkzaal (Church hall) at 15:30. During the drink you will have the opportunity to discuss the day and other matters with parents, students and teachers.
The costs per parent are €10,- and students are free of charge. We hope to welcome you and your parents to this exciting parents day!
