What is AIESEC and what do they offer?
AIESEC is an organisation that wants to give students the opportunity for leadership experiences. They want to broaden your horizon in order to something good for the world.
To discover what truly matters to you, AIESEC offers three different opportunities: Global Volunteer projects, Global Entrepreneur projects and Global Talent programs.
Through the Global Volunteer projects we want to create cross-cultural understanding and provide you with an opportunity to make a positive impact in the local community. AIESEC commits to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, therefore all the Volunteer projects contribute to one of those goals. All the projects last 6 to 8 weeks.
The Global Entrepreneur projects and the Global Talent programs are professional experiences abroad. The Global Entrepreneur projects are a shorter but intense experience, which last 8 to 12 weeks. During the project you will work in a start-up and help the company grow. The Global Talent programs are paid internships in a challenging, professional environment. These internships are 6 to 12 months and are in a wide variety of sectors and company’s. During a professional experience you can develop yourself both professionally and personally.
