What is a traineeship?

A traineeship is a starters function with added personal/professional development aspects. You become part of a ‘talent network’ that invites to rotate positions in the first year(s). Part of the traineeship are often extra trainings, an experience abroad, seeing different departments in a short amount of time, developing a network across the company, and a way to propel your career to success. The selection process for a traineeship is much harder than for a normal position and only few will be selected. It is often seen as the start of a management career.
