Join our client, Kuros Biosciences, and grow with them in serving their customers
worldwide. Manage the orders from dealers, be the linking pin, internally to the
operations team and externally to the customers, by providing the right
information and proactively solve potential problems. The implementation of
their new ERP system enables the optimization of ordering processes and
optimizing supply chain processes, maintaining global connections, and
supporting the sales teams.
Organization
Kuros Biosciences, a Swiss-listed life science company, operates across Europe
and America with offices in Schlieren (Switzerland), Burlington, MA (USA), and
Bilthoven (The Netherlands). Specializing in orthobiologics for spinal fusion
surgery, Kuros adheres to ISO 13485 quality standards and GMP guidelines. Their
Bilthoven facility manufactures and distributes bone repair products globally.
With rapid growth, Kuros seeks a Supply Chain coordinator to join its innovative
Bilthoven Team, driving excellence in orthobiologics worldwide.
Function
On Wednesday, you start your day with a cup of coffee and a chat with a
colleague. Afterward, you begin organizing incoming raw materials for lab use,
ensuring accurate recording and inventory management. Collaborate with the
Supply Chain Manager and Coordinator to review the open orders and the
planning, set goals, and allocate tasks for the day ahead.
In the afternoon, you take a break for lunch, enjoying a stroll with colleagues to
unwind and recharge. Upon your return, you handle sales orders from dealers all
over the globe, process returns, and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring
efficient storage and shipment processes.
In the afternoon, you engage in cross-functional activities with other Kuros
teams, fostering collaboration and alignment. You conduct reporting activities,
analyze trends, and identify insights for continuous improvement. Prepare
products for shipment to America, ensuring accurate packing and readiness for
distribution. Conclude the day’s tasks, ensuring all operations are optimized and
completed for the day.
Requirements
Seeking a dynamic individual passionate about customer service and supply
chain. Proficiency in English is crucial, alongside proactive problem-solving
abilities and a keen eye for detail. Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with
Power BI are advantageous. The ideal candidate demonstrates an accurate
attitude, strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate
effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- GMP experience desired, not necessary.
