What does studying abroad mean and how can I arrange it?

During your studies at the VU you get the opportunity to go abroad. As an exchange student from the VU you will spend a semester abroad at one of the partner universities from the VU. This will be an academic challenge, where you live and study in an international surrounding and an unforgettable experience!

VU International Office organises the “Study Abroad Weeks” in the first two weeks of November. In these two weeks they will inform second year bachelor and master students about the opportunities to study abroad. What can you expect?

  • Information meeting per faculty
  • Information meeting about the regions where you can go abroad
  • How to finance your period abroad?

Your attendence is required if you want to go on exchange. For more information about going abroad you can click on the following link: https://vunet.login.vu.nl/services/pages/categorydetail.aspx?cid=tcm%3a164-541372-16
