- What is the ABW?
The Aureus Business Week offers a unique and extensive platform for students to engage with prestigious businesses, learn about the industry, and explore their career options. The main goal of ABW is to offer an invaluable opportunity to highly motivated bachelor and master students who are eager to explore their options for a future career. By providing a variety of difficult and exciting activities over several days, this event acts as a platform to close the gap between the business sector and students. Attendees can learn about the most recent trends and breakthroughs in fields such as accounting, consulting, finance, IT, and marketing.

- What is the location of the ABW?
The ABW will be held at B. Amsterdam (Johan Huizingalaan 763A, 1066 VH Amsterdam).
- When is the deadline to sign up?
On the 22th of October at 23:59
- Can I sign up for multiple activities?
Yes of course! Just keep in mind that it is not possible to attend two company activities in the same time slot.
- Is there a selection of CVs?
For some activities, there will be a CV selection. This is indicated in the activity.
- When will I hear which activities I can attend?
On the 30th of October, you will receive information which activities you can join!
- What is the dress code during the event?
First impressions count, therefore we advise you to dress business casual.
- What language should my CV be in?
It is strongly recommended to submit your CV in English.
- Should my CV be anonymous?
You are required to submit your anonymized version of your CV. Companies will evaluate the anonymized CVs to select students who align best with their desired job profiles and preferences.
- What is an anonymous CV?
An anonymized CV is a CV without your personal details.
Your anonymized CV may NOT include:
- Profile photo
- Name
- Date of birth
- Birthplace
- Gender
- Nationality
- Phone number
- (email) Address
- Social media
- At what time should I be present for the event?
At least 15 minutes earlier than the starting time of the activity.
- What are the requirements for attending the ABW?
To sign-up for an activity you must be a member of Aureus.
- What is the deadline for unsubscribing from an activity?
You may unsubscribe from an activity without any consequences up to 48 hours prior to the event.
- What kind of informal events can be expected?
Our informal events include a wide range of activities, such as company lunches, beer/wine tasting sessions, engaging DIY workshops, and various sports activities.
- What kind of formal events can be expected?
Our formal events will feature workshops that enhance company-dependent skills, agile workshops focusing on your soft skills, and thought-provoking case studies.
