We provide comprehensive services for ships and businesses in the maritime industry, ranging from operational support to strategic planning and expansion in the Caribbean.
We are looking for colleagues in the following areas:
- Operational Management: Daily coordination of ship handling, logistics processes, and supply chain management.
- Strategic Management: Conducting market analyses, developing growth strategies, and supporting Seaharbor’s expansion in the Caribbean.
- International Trade: Building and maintaining relationships with international partners, managing import/export processes, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Developing and implementing efficient and innovative logistics solutions.
- Port Agency Services: Managing everything from A to Z for ships calling at Curaçao, including permits, crew changes, and provisioning.

Who Are We Looking For?
- A graduate in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, international trade, logistics, or maritime management).
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
- Affinity with the maritime sector and/or international trade.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment.
