We are seeking a talented, driven and highly motivated Sourcing and Research Intern to join our centralized search team who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a leading recruitment firm and are interested in learning about the recruitment process and strategies in high-level executive roles. As a Sourcing and Research Intern at SCM Executives, you will support our search team in identifying and engaging top talent for senior leadership roles in the Supply Chain, Logistics, and Production industries. This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic team environment, assisting with sourcing, market research, and candidate engagement.

Therefore, the main challenges and responsibilities of this position are:
  • Support Candidate Sourcing: Assist in using various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, database searches, and other online platforms to identify potential candidates for diverse roles.
  • Assist with Market Research: Help gather and analyze information on market trends, industry-specific challenges, and the competitive landscape to support the recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with SCM Consultants: Work alongside experienced consultants to understand recruitment needs and help in the preliminary screening of candidates.
  • Maintain Candidate Pipeline: Support in building and managing a pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring readiness for current and future recruitment needs.
  • Record Management: Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing activities and interactions with potential candidates.
  • Learn and Apply New Skills: Engage with industry-specific learning tools provided by SCM Executives to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
  • Research Skills: Eagerness to learn and assist in gathering and analyzing market data.
  • Organizational Skills: Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Proactive Learning: Willingness to engage in learning and applying new skills related to sourcing and recruitment.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication abilities in English; additional languages such as Dutch are a plus but not required.
