We are seeking a talented, driven and highly motivated Consultant Intern to support the Senior Consultants at SCM Executives by assisting in the executive search process, focusing on manufacturing, trade, and logistics sectors. As a Consultant Intern you will gain hands-on experience in industry research, candidate profiling, and client interaction to foster professional growth and understanding of executive search dynamics. This assignment aims to provide the
intern with a comprehensive understanding of the executive search process and hands-on experience in a professional environment, preparing them for future roles in human resources, recruitment, or related fields.
Therefore, the main challenges and responsibilities of this position are:
- Industry and Market Research: Analyse sector trends to understand leadership needs.
- Candidate Profiling: Create detailed profiles based on client business strategies.
- Interview Preparation: Develop briefing documents for consultants to use during candidate interviews.
- Client Interaction Support: Assist in client meetings and prepare follow-up documentation.
- Feedback and Improvement: Participate in debrief sessions to refine search and interview processes.
Requirements
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Business, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
- Research Skills: Eagerness to learn and assist in gathering and analyzing market data.
- Organizational Skills: Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Proactive Learning: Willingness to engage in learning and applying new skills related to sourcing and recruitment.
- Communication Skills: Good communication abilities in English; additional languages such as Dutch are a plus but not required.
