Can you perfectly assess any social situation? Do you empathize well with others? Are you a strong communicator who speaks fluent French? Whether it’s via chat, email, Facebook, Twitter or telephone: you know how to find the right tone for every medium and every user. Is this you? Well then, please, keep reading. There’s a big chance you and Peaks are a perfect match! Let us introduce ourselves first.

We’re Peaks, an innovative Dutch scale-up. Our app launched in November 2017 and ever since, it’s made investing accessible and fun, for anyone. We work with sixty+ colleagues, from 15+ different nationalities, who all have the ambition to conquer not only the Dutch market, but also the rest of Europe. That’s why we need you: an enthusiastic, social person who will help us keep our French customers well-informed and satisfied. How? By delivering the very best service.

What are you going to do?
As a Customer Care Talent, you are the first point of contact for our users. It’s important therefore that you truly enjoy helping customers, and that it comes naturally. Don’t expect boring scripts, tiresome sales pitches or calls all day long. You can do much more than that! You see where services and processes can be improved and want nothing less than the best for our users and for Peaks. Every day, you’ll learn something new and transfer this knowledge to our customers. And we’ll learn from you as well, as we are open to all your findings and ideas.

Don’t worry: you’re not going to do all this on your own. Sharonna, who is responsible for the Customer Care branch of our company, will guide you. And of course, you’ll work together with our other Customer Care Talents!

We will probably like you a lot if you:

  • Speak fluent French (and English) or Dutch, German and Spanish
  • Are a student (or you just graduated)
  • Are naturally curious and eager to learn
  • Are a real go-getter, take initiative and work fast

It’s a big bonus if you also:

  • Are the first to know about new apps and digital developments
  • Have some knowledge about investing
  • Stay on Friday afternoon for beer and bitterballen
