Traineeship Finance – April 2018
I’m involved in a bank that optimises the control over international transactions
How will you change banking?
Nevena Andelkovic – Trainee Finance:
‘Given that I did my master’s in financial economics with a specialisation in banking, it was only logical that my dream was to join a bank – and preferably a large, international one based in The Netherlands.
The ING traineeship appealed to me the most because it was the best-designed traineeship in the banking industry offered entirely in English, and because it offered a real Finance track. That suits me the best. The programme is interesting on all fronts: the actual substance, the training that is provided and of course the ING culture, which is international while remaining true to its Dutch roots.’
If you’re a university graduate, this is the ideal time to join ING. We’re currently seeking talented individuals with a fresh perspective on banking and the drive to help our customers shape their own financial futures. Such as Nevena, a trainee who is developing a framework for the standardisation of international currency accounts.
On the 4-year ING International Talent Programme you can forge your own career within Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Risk, IT or Finance. You’ll learn about your chosen specialist area, the financial services sector in general, and a huge amount about yourself.
