Regular, Full-time, Province North Holland
Are you considering a traineeship at ING?
Jump on and take part in our Bootcamp traineeship experience!
Are you just as dynamic as the financial sector itself? Are you interested in doing a traineeship and wondering whether our culture suits you? There’s one way to find out: get involved in the ING Bootcamp traineeship experience!
What does it entail?
OK, hold on tight…the ING Bootcamp traineeship experience is taking place from Thursday 30 November to Friday 1 December in Amsterdam. The event will be officially opened by none other than member of the ING Management Board, Isabel Fernandez Niemann. During these two action-packed days you can expect to be inspired by our Think Forward strategy, work on a number of challenging cases and get a real sense of our company culture by talking to senior managers and current trainees.
At the end of the Bootcamp, you will not only have discovered what it’s like to work at ING, but you’ll also know all about your chosen International Talent Programme track: Wholesale Banking, Finance, IT, Retail Banking, Risk, Operations & Change or HR.
But enough about us. What do we expect from you?
That you get plenty of sleep beforehand so that you arrive feeling fit, healthy and raring to go – because to stand out from the crowd during the ING Bootcamp you will need both intellectual and social skills. You’ll get plenty of opportunity to demonstrate what you’re capable of individually, but we regard team spirit as just as important – if not more so.
Who are you?
- A final-year bachelor or master student at a Dutch university;
- Analytical with strategic insights and the ability to share your vision;
- Creative, customer-oriented and with a real ‘can-do’ mentality;
- Quick to adapt to a complex, dynamic and international Environment;
- Sociable, a team player and always ready to party.
Ready to jump? Apply now and show us what you’ve got!
Complete the form and upload your CV and motivation letter (both in English), explaining why you want to join the ING Bootcamp traineeship experience. Please note: indicate on the form which track(s) you prefer (a maximum of two), and explain why in your motivation letter.
If we see a match, we will ask you to complete a couple of online assessments. If you are successful, you will be invited for an interview so we can get to know you better. The interviews will be held between Monday 30 October and Friday 10 November, so make sure that you are available during that period. Following the interviews, we will select the best candidates to take part in the ING Bootcamp.
Please note: the online assessments form part of the selection procedure for the International Talent Programme. The results will be taken into consideration if you apply for one of our traineeships in the future.
Application deadline: Sunday 29 October 2017
Don’t wait too long: the sooner you apply, the sooner you can get the selection process underway and the more time you will have to complete the online assessments and attend the interview.
