What we do:
Fintech Funding Partners Amsterdam is an end-to-end capital fundraising advisor, supporting fintech startups & scaleups. We support our clients throughout the entire process, from defining a fundraising strategy, managing investor reach-outs and negotiating deal terms. We also support buy and sell side M&A deals from the target identification to deal negotiation phases.
Who are our clients:
As we specialize in Fintech, you will be interacting with some of the most exciting and cutting-edge startups and scaleups in the European fintech space. We work with leading neobanks, BaaS providers, payment solution providers, lending-businesses, SaaS-businesses, saving & investment platforms, crypto exchanges, amongst others.
What you will do:
You will be part of a specialized team working on numerous projects simultaneously to ensure we achieve our clients’ fundraising ambitions, as such, you will receive high-levels of responsibility and exposure. You are expected to be flexible, in working on a variety of operational tasks every day, supporting the growth of the company. The role is also commercial. You will gain exposure to investors and fintech companies as part of the team that is responsible for building relationships with investors and pitching our clients’ businesses. In addition, you will be expected to support the creation of fundraising documents for our clients and perform financial analysis to identify strengths in business cases.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is in the final stages of their Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Finance, Economics, Business Administration etc.) and is ready to join us on a full-time basis for (preferably) a year from September 2022. You should have a good understanding of the investment and M&A landscape, be a keen learner, and have a passion for the Fintech sector. Since you will be interacting with international clients and investors, a requirement is to be fluent in English. You feel at home in a high-paced environment and can meet tight deadlines, setting high standards for your work with a strong sense of ownership. You are assertive, like to share your ideas on topics at hand and are driven to help our clients achieve the best possible results.

You will receive a monthly compensation of EUR 800 and a discretionary bonus to be decided by the partners.
