What is it?

This is the ultimate sales programme. Our Market Visionaries Programme (MVP) will give you the chance to put your commercial instincts to test over 18 months. It’s an incredible opportunity for you to show off your skills, learn the business, take ownership and deliver results.

What does it include?

We’ll put you front and centre of all the action – meeting customers and creating new sales avenues for our brands. It really is about being at the frontline of business. You’ll be maximising the visibility of brands, developing your sales and customer portfolios and increasing sales volumes.

Who is it for?

You’ve got to be a real people person – someone who is naturally entrepreneurial, ambitious and hungry for success. The MVP is for those who set trends rather than follow them, those who have a way with words and who are keen to make their mark in meaningful and bold ways.

The MVP gives you the power to take ownership of your projects from day one. You’ll need the confidence and resilience to back your own decisions and meet targets. And, as most of the programme consists of selling in new products and connecting with customers, you’ll need to be fluent in English as well as the native language of the country you wish to work in too. You may need to move around different regions during the programme, so you’ll be open to being mobile.
To be eligible, you’ll need a full driving license and to have graduated before August 2020 with a Bachelor or Masters (or equivalent) degree from any discipline.

Our selection process is designed to make sure you’re the right fit for our programme but more importantly, we are the right fit for you.

Here’s what you can expect:

Step 1. Online Application
Apply online. But make sure you get your application in as early as you can because once the places are filled, we don’t accept any more applicants.

Step 2. Gamified Assessment
If your application is successful, you’ll then do an online assessment that helps us understand you and helps us to assess how you’ll fit within our teams and company.

Step 3. Video Interview
If you’re a great fit, you’ll then participate in an online video interview, where we can get to know you and your desire for the programme a bit better.

Step 4. The Virtual ABI Day-Assessment Centre 
It’s time to meet you. This day is a mix of a face-to-face interview, group exercises and work situational insights. You’ll also meet some current AB InBev employees, so you can find out more about the role and company culture.

Step 5. Panel Interview
If you’ve wowed us so far, you’ll be invited to your final group interview with three to six other panel members, plus the most senior leaders at the organisation.

Step 6. Offer
If we’re the right fit for each other, we will then make you an offer and your journey with us begins.
