The Zuidas Tour is an exclusive event connecting 15 students with the top finance and consultancy firms located at the Zuidas. With its strategic position between the city centre of Amsterdam and Schiphol, it is the most well-known and vibrant business district of The Netherlands. Over 2500 businesses chose to locate their employees in the state-of-the-art facilities in the area. This great amount of companies and people enable huge opportunities for networking and collaborating. The Zuidas breathes ambition and is the ideal starting point for a flourishing (international) career.
This event is aimed at highly motivated third-year bachelor’s and master’s students of the School of Business and Economics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, who want to orient themselves on their next step after university life at the Zuidas.
What?
This year’s event consists of two days; the Zuidas Tour Consulting and the Zuidas Tour Finance. During the consultancy day, world-renowned companies will take the students along a journey through the ever-changing consulting field. During the finance day, the focus lies on contemporary subjects of increasing relevance within the field of finance. Both days are filled with company visits where activities range from formal business cases to informal drinks.
Consultancy Day (12th of May):
9:00 – 11:00: Presentation and Breakfast with PwC
11:45 – 13:45: Lunch with KPMG
14:30 – 16:30: Workshop and Drinks with Deloitte
17:00 – 19:00: Informal drink with ACE company
Finance Day (14th of May):
9:00 – 11:00: Presentation and Breakfast with ACT commodities
11:45 – 13:45: Office Tour and Lunch MUFG
14:30 – 16:00: Workshop and Drinks with Forvis Mazars
16:45 – 18:45: Informal drink with Ebury
