SBE Masterday 2018

The School of Business and Economics of the VU University and Study Association Aureus invite you to the Masterday 2018!

The Masterday is the official opening of the academic year for all Master students of the School of Business and Economics. A welcoming day involving interesting and motivational speakers, corporate experience and practical workshops or cases. We ensure a unique opportunity for you to get in touch with your fellow students and to connect with potential future employers.

Schedule

10:15-11:00 Entry
As we are expecting a lot of students, please make sure to be on time for registration.

11:00 Official Opening
You will be welcomed by Aureus, the dean, the two keynote speakers and Kraket. Wouter Bos and Ali Niknam will inspire you with their stories about their perspectives on studying and the future. More information on these speakers can be found here.

12:00 Lunch
During the lunch you will get the opportunity to get in touch with the other master students. The colors of the balloons will help you find them.

13:00 Master Specific Introduction
During the master specific introduction, your master coordinator will provide important information about your masterprogram.

14:00 Company Case
You will gain hands-on experience through a real-life business case hosted by a company from your sector. Curious what companies will be present for your master? Find out here.

16:00 Informal Network Drink
At the end of the day, the network drink will give you the opportunity to ask questions to the recruiters in an informal way. Beside, you will be able to have a talk with your fellow students and your master coordinators. 17:30 Barbeque
In case you wish to join the barbeque, make sure to also sign up through the additional form here. Make sure to secure your spot soon, since there are only limited tickets available.
